Travel back in time. Walk among the ancients. Savour hundreds of years of tradition through wine, olive oil, and local delicacies. Reconnect.
After spending a fair bit of time in Italy over the years, I thought I had it fairly well figured out. Amazing food, wine, architecture, history. Of course. It's Italy! Then one summer I found myself in this incredibly wild, raw and honest place, enjoying some of the most fantastic food I'd ever had in the Bel Paese. Here, time is merely a vague reference and traditions have held fast for centuries. There is some kind of magic in the soil and sun, reflected in the warm, down-to-earth people.
I am thrilled to offer intimate journeys into the heart of Puglia.
